During the summer months of June and July Ascot Racecourse builds a range of superb temporary facilities with excellent close-range views of the race track. These quintessentially English venues are both light and spacious and equipped with beautiful terraces, ideal for soaking up the atmosphere of a summer racing day at the world’s most famous racecourse.

During the month of July these facilities are available for hire. Set in the heart of the stunning Berkshire countryside, they are the perfect venue for summer parties from 200 – 1800 guests, as well as making ideal locations for large conferences, charity balls and product launches.

Ascot can also offer an excellent range of spaces within the racecourse for you to build your own bespoke marquees year round. Surrounded by the beautiful race track, the magnificent grandstand or the beautiful lawns of the historic paddock area your event will assume a unique distinction and is guaranteed to impress clients and colleagues alike.
